Ninja Warrior Germany I have found a new love which gives me extra motivation. In spring the next castings for Ninja Warrior Germany Season 2 begin. In summer IĀ  have already registered and still waiting for a positive message. So I can show at the second episode of Ninja Warrior Germany why I train almost daily to stay fit. Due to the many applicants, this time it is harder to get a ticket for the castings. I remain positive and will continue to exploit all possibilities to be part of the second season.

In order to be well equipped I have to mix my training a bit more. Often playgrounds are very suitable for this. One can learn to balance on narrow paths and hang around. It is not that easy to make a selfie if you hang. At the moment there is no other way for me to practice specifically for Ninja Warrior. But it is always fun to improvise.

Casting Ninja Warrior GermanyToday I started with a couple of minutes normal warum-up run. After the half I made sideways movements and jumps. Followed by a few short sprints. Unfortunately the new Speedfit treadmill was only available for a short time in my studio. This machine is realy nice to train sprints. Afterwards I spent a few minutes at the playground followed by a short uphill run and again into the playground for a next round. For the third time I used the compression clothing. First time at some cross gym training. It feels good. The calves burned not that much with the compression socks and the compression shirt forced you to run upright. So for me a helpful and useful trainingsequipment.

Exercise in the nature ooh I love it! Fresh air is important for a healthy body.
